Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS
11th Hour Designs stands behind our products and we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will refund, or exchange any standard unused item up to 15 days from its ship date as long as the item is in new saleable condition, with tags attached.
Return Policy:
At 11th Hour Designs, we stand behind our products and we want to make sure your shopping experience is a pleasurable one.
Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy:
• Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for a return of the item price (not including shipping) within 15 days of the shipment date
• Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
• All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include original packaging with tags attached and including canvas Butler Bag dust cover.
• You must receive a Return Authorization number from 11th Hour Designs by calling 519.291.0596 or by emailing returns@lovethosebags.ca. You must include the reason for the return and also include the Order# and Billing Name.
If you no longer have a copy of your invoice and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing: info@lovethosebags.ca
* Returns not meeting the standards listed above will be assessed a $25.00 handling fee*
Returns/Exchanges:
You may return merchandise purchased online within 15 days of the receipt of your order, provided it has not been damaged, altered or worn. You may return your item for a credit back to your credit card that you purchased the item with, or you may exchange your item for another product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee for any new item shipped out to them.
Please note that refunding your credit card may take 10 to 20 days from the date that you ship the item back to 11th Hour Designs.
To Return by Mail:
To ship your purchase back to us, please take the following steps:
1. Tell us why you are returning the item
Along with your Return Authorization Number include a note as to why you are making the return,
2. Box it up
Using a durable shipping box, package up your return merchandise with original packaging (including tags and canvas dust cover, and include your reason for the return, and Return Authorization Number. Seal securely.
3. Ship it
Ship your return using a form of traceable, insurable delivery to:

Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. (Please note that refunds can only be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card.)
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take 10 to 20 days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that 11th Hour Designs is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Shipping Damage:
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipment, contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery at 519.291.0596 or at returns@lovethosebags.ca . Please have your order number, item, and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. 11th Hour Designs will make every reasonable effort to reorder the item or credit your purchase in a timely manner.
